I do not waken until 12 or after because of severe chronic fatigue. I often sleep very badly. My sleep is never regenerative. At just after 9 I got on to the waiting line I was 86. So I had no hope of getting through. Past PM Boris Johnston and present PM Rishi Sunak both said it was an absolute disgrace to treat patients like this and said it MUST stop. What phone number can I call for an appointment with the treatment room as requested by BCH Nephrology. I need my annual check up. Setting an alarm often doesn’t work because I am so tired I can’t move to put off the alarm. What are you doing to adhere to putting a stop to 10,000 patients phoning in the morning to compete to get on a list to possibly get a phone call from a doctor? Treat people with respect. Let them book an appointment the day before. Do not repeat protocols which work solely for you and not the patient. Compassion is very important you do not know what people are dealing with. Some staff are amazing.

Gine my answer as just coold not believe it was 13 in the queue at 9.20am and then at 9.21am was told yje appointments line was closed for the day. All I wanted to do was to cancel appoitments I had in the treatmet room so as someone else could have them. I did want a doctor to validate a perscription for my husband but he will have to wait and suffer all weekend and theer would have been no need for a doctor call. Something needs to be done to sort out the way the clinic operates.

A separate line to cancel appointments would be useful and free up the appointments line.

Same pattern of previous reviews, phoned for an appointment, join a queue then told that all appointments have been allocated for that day. Phoned the emergency appointment number only to be told that my condition must be life threatening to use this number. Then someone with no medical training makes the call if they will put you on the list to be called back. Someone is going to die with this level of incompetence and difficulty to get seen by a doctor.

Receptionist should never make the call that anyone calling the emergency number should talk to a doctor. If there are no appointments left, why can’t the person book in for the next available appointment? An older or sick person could die or be hospital before you get through to this practice.

I have called the surgery every day for four weeks and I didn’t even get through. Apparently if I go to the surgery at 9 o’clock in the morning I can get an appointment for the doctor to ring me back. This will not be easy for me as I work every day so to do so I’m going to have to take a day off work I have to say this is by far the worst surgery I’ve ever been with the staff are not very pleasant and not very helpful at all

i HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 2 DAYS TO GET THROUGH ON ANY NUMBER JUST TO CANCEL AND REBOOK AN APPOINTMENT IN THE TRAETMENT ROOM AND CANNOT FIND A NUMBER EVEN THE SWITCHBOARD NUMBER IS CLOSED FOR THE DAY. hOW ARE YOU MEANT TO GET THROUGH. EVEN IF YOU COULD EMAIL SOMEONE IT WOULD BE A HELP

YOU COULD HAVE A SPECIFIC EMAIL FOR JUST TREATMENT ROOM APPOITMENTS OR EVEN A SEPARATE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN CALL
